Carroll and Company has been serving clients in Tallahassee since 1990. With three partners and more than 25 employees, we are a full service accounting firm providing tax, bookkeeping, audit, controllership, and consulting services to more than
1,400 clients across a broad range of industries. Our client base includes small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, political campaign organizations, medical practice groups, manufacturers, real estate management and construction companies and many other industry areas with complex tax and audit issues.
All Carroll and Company partners and CPAs are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Carroll and Company takes pride in the quality of our accounting practice, and has received the highest quality report under the AICPA’s peer review program, which requires the review of an accounting firm’s audit practice by an outside CPA firm every three years. The firm has had five peer reviews since its inception in 1990, all of which have resulted in unqualified reports – the best possible result.
